There is a lot of great work out there for family enterprises to use as resources. Right now I am reading Dennis Jaffe’s “Borrowed From Your Grandchildren” which is a very interesting dive into interviews with more than 100 families around the globe, to understand the evolution of family enterprises that have succeeded for 100 years or more. Jaffe is one of the founders of family enterprise advising work, and his wealth of knowledge and common sense approach are a very valuable resource. Check his work out at:
